The site is situated at the top of Pant Road and will be found on the left hand side immediately before the bridge.   It is roughly triangular in shape and backs onto Afon Caseg.   Its exact location can be seen by reference to the attached plan on which the boundaries of the plot have been marked in red.  The plot extends to approximately 666 sq.yards./0.138 of an acre.

DIRECTIONS:  Entering Bethesda from the Bangor direction on the A5, continue through the centre of the village and after passing Ffrydlas Garage on your right, continue along for approximately 75 yards and take the next turning left.   Continue up the road for approximately 125 yards and the site will then be found on your left hand side immediately before the left hand bend over the bridge.
