Due to its Grade II
Listing, the number of alternative uses to which the Chapel can be put
would be limited. Applications
for Planning Permission, Building Regulation Approval and Listed Building
Consent would have to be submitted to the appropriate authorities before
any alteration/conversion work could be carried out.
Interested parties should therefore contact Gwynedd Council and
CADW to make the appropriate enquiries and both these Bodies can provide
help, advice and a number of booklets and leaflets which would assist
potential purchasers. Contact
details are available from our office.
The property is of mainly
stone construction with part rendered and spar dashed elevations under a
pitched slate roof with a mineralised felt covered roof to the boiler
room.
