A water meter is fitted and Economy 7 tariff electricity is payable by pre-payment cards.

The tenant is responsible for council tax, water meter charges, and electricity cards.

The initial contract would be a 6-month Shorthold Assurance Tenancy Agreement. Thereafter by mutual agreement.

Two written references will be required prior to occupation. One financial (e.g. bank reference or current employer) and one from current landlord if relevant - if not a personal reference will be acceptable. Credit report e.g. Experian, required.

Rent £395 per calendar month payable monthly in advance, by standing order.

Refundable deposit of £395 payable prior taking up tenancy.
